Our evaluators provide a comfortable setting, meeting with the student and parents/caregivers in office, school, or mutually convenient location. We conduct a thorough background interview to gain insight into the whole person and select approved standardized measures to assess specific areas of cognitive functioning, academic achievement, executive functioning, processing, and social/behavioral functioning to identify areas of strength and difficulty, to determine eligibility for special education services, such that specific interventions can be recommended.

Our evaluators have their PA School Psychologist Certification, as well as graduate training and experience in Clinical Psychology.  This dual focus affords expertise in identification of areas of academic strength and difficulty, while also providing optimal insight into the clinical symptoms and dynamics that may contribute to struggles in the school and related involvements.
